As an organization, we have been on a journey the last several years to unravel the mystery of specifically defining what Personal Accountability looks like at Trio.
We have attended classes, read books, completed one on one coaching sessions and even hung posters to remind us about what we have learned from some of the greatest thought leaders of today.
Most recently, we sat down around a table and decided to create our own
definition of accountability.
